‘MOAR’ is a monthly acoustic concert that offers a collection of acoustic sets by artists and bands local to Connecticut. The cozy setting at White House Productions feels like home and the live sound in the studio is pristine.
Acoustic-emo with laughter, video game and other relatable song content, nostalgia for the older crowd, and chorus hooks – check out the video for yourself! Zach Andersen’s witty banter and no-repeat sets are always a treat.
John Jenning’s musical influences range from folk, rock, bluegrass, country, blues, reggae, to metal and rap. John gives you a unique blend of spiritual, political, social and world event inspired music. Jennings’ debut 7 song EP, which is scheduled to be released in mid-to-late 2016, is an eclectic mix of songs that focus on the good, the bad, and everything in-between.
Blake Bassett released her first EP, Heartbeat, in February 2015. Oddly upbeat for songs with a darker theme, Blake Bassett includes the likes of Ingrid Michaelson, Bright Eyes, and Priscilla Ahn, coming through with her own, unique sound.
This ‘Songwriter of the Year’ nominee at the 2016 New England Music Awards is currently on tour across New England. Alt-country, rootsy, and heartfelt rocker, Seth Adam has shared the stage with the Grammy-winning Robert Cray, Vertical Horizon, Carbon Leaf, The Alternate Routes, and Will Hoge. We’re psyched that Seth Adam will be wrapping up an entire month of dates at MOAR #7! If you haven’t already heard or witnessed this CT acoustic, master musician before, listen to the latest track from Seth Adam’s year-long album project, “East Rock”, and come on down to MOAR on July 29th!
